Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home on the Island of Lake Havasu. Our larg unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 including the sleeper sofa.

Reservations

We offer different rental options to suite your vacation! You can stay for as little as 3 nights, or as long as multiple months.

Amenities

Our lakefront home was remodeled in fall 2021 and features a covered waterfront deck with ample seating. You are welcome to beach your boat in our semi-private cove, which is a no-wake zone so it is perfect for swimming. Our unit is fully furnished, includes all linens and kitchen necessities, and has reverse osmosis filtered water on tap. We provide Dish Network television service and a DVD player, as well as a stereo system and WiFi.

Sam’s Beachcomber Resort (which we are located within) also offers some amenities that you are welcome to utilize during your stay with us. You are welcome to use the pool, hot tub, launch ramp, and boat slips (arrange for boat slip use with Sam’s Beachcomber office for a small fee). They also host numerous activities (mainly during the winter months) which you are welcome to participate in.

Location

Our unit sits waterfront on the island. We are approximately 3 miles from the London Bridge and the English Village. We are located within Sam’s Beachcomber Resort which sits on the southern tip of the island, connected to the mainland by the world famous London Bridge.

If you want to be in the center of the party, we’re right around the corner. If you want to run from the crowds, just go around the corner in the other direction. Our location truly offers the best of both worlds, with The Channel nearby, as well as access to the mouth of the Colorado River, and also easy access to the rest of the lake without having to go through a No Wake zone.
